Recruit the participants from our partner panel providers directly on the platform — read more here.
If you are recruiting from the panel externally or using our partner panel providers capabilities you don’t have to worry about the incentive or motivation - they will do it for you.
For other recruitment ways you have to think about the respondent motivation.
There are two main types of motivation: material and non-material. Depending on your audience, you can use one or both types.
Non-material motivation
If you are interviewing your team members, they may be motivated by the potential to improve their working environment.
Appeal to curiosity and show genuine interest in people’s lives and opinions. People enjoy sharing their preferences about products, services, and ads they encounter. They feel valued when they believe they can influence decisions.
Explain how their input will make a difference. People want to see the bigger picture and feel that they are part of something important. What may seem routine to you could be a significant improvement for the end users.
Material motivation
Offer something valuable, such as a promo code, bonus points, or entry into a prize draw. Be creative — find an incentive that genuinely thanks your audience for their time and effort.
It depends.
All available people. If it’s feasible to reach your entire audience (e.g., all employees in a company or all members of a sports club), aim to collect as many interviews as possible. The more interviews, the richer the data.
100 interviews per target group. For broader audiences (e.g., consumers of Oreo cookies) one hundred interviews are generally sufficient. It’s been scientifically proven that this sample size is enough to capture a complete set of unique cases and begin to analyse them quantitatively.
