The Participants tab on the platform helps you manage and track recruitment for your research project. Here’s what you can do here:

Choose How to Recruit Participants

Here you can select your preferred method of inviting people to join the study:

• Share a link — via online panel, email, social media, etc.
• Recruit from our partners — recruit respondents directly on the platform from our partner panel.

Please note that only one recruitment method is permitted per project. You can either use our integrated panel, or share the link with your preferred recruitment source. It is not possible to switch between these methods during fieldwork.

Before launching the project, you can check the capabilities of our integrated panel. Once you have specified the recruitment criteria, Yasna will show you the maximum number of respondents that can be recruited. Click here to read more.

Monitor Project Stats

Once you start the recruitment, key project statistics will appear at the top of the page, such as:

• Number of completes — successfully finished interviews.
• Number of attempts — total number of interview starts with timestamp of last update.
• The total number of credits spent on a project.

Share a Link

Select this option if you are using your source of recruitment. There are several ways to deliver the interview link to your audience:

• Recruit participants via online research panels. Panel will find all eligible respondents.
• Email. Sending an email to your client base is one of the most common methods.
• Website Banner. If your website has enough traffic, create a banner or a pop-up window.
• Push Notifications. Send a push notification to the users of your app.
• SMS. If you have a list of phone numbers, sending an SMS is another option.
