Here are the steps you need to take to set up a project.

  1. To start, create a project in one click.

  2. Name your project and provide context, such as the age, gender or country of your participants.

  3. Start creating your Interview guide, by clicking on the “Add discussion topic” button to create a topic and type in a set of questions. You can find helpful instructions on how to master the interview guide in this chapter.

  4. Customize your agent’s tone of voice, farewell message and optionally, switch on the toggles below to ask participants for their names and enable voice responses. Click on the “pencil” icon to customize your Agent’s look:
