- It facilitates a detailed, high-quality, live “direct speech” of the respondents.
- It provides you with not just facts, but a full picture complete with a deeper emotional understanding (the WHYs behind the numbers).
- It is easier than setting up a good survey (faster, next to no expertise required).
- It is well suited for unclear and/or entirely new situations, when even coming up with answer options for a questionnaire is a challenge.
- It is a better experience for the respondents themselves (which is, dare we say, fun!).
