In-person interviewing is by far the most powerful tool for collecting valuable factual information and getting insights into other people’s opinions, needs, attitudes and feelings. It’s widely used across many areas like customer research, CX and feedback, HR, media, management, etc.

However, in-person interviewing is demanding and hard to scale. So, we end up either talking with few or falling back to compromises like forms and surveys for many.

This is how it works

Yasna works as your personal assistant, who can be trusted to conduct interviews with real people that you would like to talk to yourself, but cannot afford to do so for one reason or another.

1. Brief Yasna. Imagine that you are giving instructions to a human interviewer. Specify the questions you would like to receive answers to. Don’t worry about precise wording — interviews are personalized and Yasna will choose an appropriate way to ask questions in each specific case (just like a person). If necessary, give Yasna additional instructions on how exactly to ask questions, what to pay attention to, how to react in a particular situation, and so on.

2. Share with your humans. Just copy the link and send it in any convenient way to the people you want to interview. You can transfer some parameters from your system to Yasna for subsequent joint analysis along with the interview data.

3. Yasna will handle the conversations. In a familiar and convenient way: through a text chat. Yasna easily and naturally holds discussions in a language comfortable for respondents in order to obtain the information you’re after.

4. Dive into the stories. There are multiple ways to engage with the interviews. Yasna will provide you with full transcripts as well as brief summaries of each dialogue. You can also get a short answer from each respondent to each question you asked. All these can be automatically exported, and easily integrated with your systems.
