1. The platform provides the ability to communicate with humans through AI. Remember that machines can work tirelessly and without emotion, but humans cannot. Treat people who interact with the pltform and the AI with respect. Don't complicate their interactions with complex questions unnecessarily. Don't use the platform to frustrate people or force them to answer questions they don't want to answer
2. Don't use the information you learn to the detriment of the participants in the conversation. If you learn personal information or personal data - don't use it to the detriment of participants.
3. Don't overload the platform unnecessarily - we don't welcome attempts to test the platform's robustness and ask that you reasonably limit the complexity of report requests and data conversations. Do not run more than 50 interviews per hour and no more than 500 interviews in a single project. If you need to exceed the recommended interview volumes, please contact us.
4. Do not use the platform with the intent to violate legislation. The platform is designed to simplify communication with clients, use it fairly.
